Use a location such as an address or certain geographic locations in the search performed.

Using descriptive information such as a persons name or what they may do for a living, and don't forget to use quotation marks for more relevant returns on  the search that was queried upon.

Try searching for specific services rendered or products offered, and again you may want to put them in quotation marks in your specific term or keyphrase.
